  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • we does not provide any exchange  or replacement

  • To request a return, email us at support@evershineagate.com with:

    • Your Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • A mandatory open-box video (recorded while unboxing the package)

📦 Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted only if:

    • You received the wrong item

    • The product arrived damaged

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Products are not eligible for return if:

    • The reason is minor color, size, or shape variation

  • Natural variations are normal and expected in agate and crystal products and are not considered defects.

    • Refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days

    • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
